I have written recovery software that works great to say the least. If you have failed media that the images cant be pulled off of such as CD, floppy disk or Memory Card/Stick, the images can usually be recovered and mailed back to you on a full sized CD.
You can now have an LCD protector installed at the time of service. I stock a good supply of protectors and can install one for you while it is here. Please mention this on the repair form.
I dont always look at the guest book so if you have a question about your camera or wish to request service, please send a direct email.
