Service
Hopefully you will never need it but if you do, email me with questions and I will be happy to help you through the process. We will try everything to rectify the problem by email but if you need to send in your camera, you will be sending to Texas. In shop time for service is 2 to 3 days before your camera is mailed back while some are less than 1 day! Depends on current workload.
All cameras are cleaned inside and out as well as fully function tested before return.

Items are returned via USPS Priority Mail unless you provide your UPS, DHL or FedEx account number to bill to. Most firms prefer this method of shipping back.

Payment must be by USPS Postal Money Order unless prior arrangements have been made. You buy these at the Post Office.  This speeds the repair time. You may use PayPal but must be verified and confirmed and add 5% to the total for their service charge to me.

Dont send batteries, chargers or other accessories unless they are suspect in the problem or requested by me.
If unnecesary items are sent that are not needed, please prepare for additional return shipping charges. Suggested packing procedures are explained on the Repair Form.
All repairs are subject to a minimum bench charge that will be applied to the repair if you choose to have the repair done. You may send the camera without payment but the turnaround time will be quicker if payment is sent along with the repair.
I will not be responsible for items left here over 60 days from the service completion notification date.
I look forward to being of service to you and hope you consider me for your service needs.

Now What?   How Do I Obtain Service?
The first thing to do is email me with your camera model number in the subject line of the mail. Let me know what is wrong with your camera. I will mail back with an estimate of the repairs as fast as I can. If you like the quote, fill out the repair form and send everything in for service.
The form is in PDF format. Do not fill it out by hand. This is done on screen then printed.
